Job Description

1.Identify development projects, understand customer needs, and analyze the production process.   

2.Technical team members discuss and analyze to develop the equipment design. conduct feasibility assessment of the design, and review the proposal；                                                                                    

3.Present the design proposal to the client and explain it until their approval is obtained.                                                              4.During project implementation, plan the production line layout based on client requirements and factory conditions, break down the line design tasks, and assign/issue each task.  

5.Organize and conduct reviews of deliverables at each design stage；                               

6.Coordinate technical handoffs between project stakeholders (internal, external, supply chain) and enforce technical standards. 

7.Audit of 3D design drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and engineering drawings.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design or related fields. 

2.Experience in independently delivering projects through final acceptance is preferred.

3.Proficiency in 3D CAD software with 5+ years' experience designing custom automation equipment (priority given).
