Visual Guidance

Through Mengtechs's years of robotic vision guidance application cases, it has achieved automatic loading and unloading of three-dimensional irregular materials, intelligent recognition, and contour-guided orderly sorting. By utilizing a 3D imaging system to perceive and analyze the surface of workpieces, it calculates the real-time spatial coordinates and postures of objects, enabling seamless operation of robotic arms without the need for teaching. It can be widely applied to various requirements such as recognition of stacked workpieces in bins, disordered grasping, vision guidance, and sorting.

Application Cases
The 3D imaging system can detect the position and pose of workpieces in real time and autonomously determine the information of the next workpiece to be grasped. The robotic arm system, based on the analysis results from the 3D imaging system, automatically plans motion paths and avoids obstacles simultaneously to achieve workpiece grasping.
