Upon the kickoff of projects following equipment confirmation, a cross-departmental project initiation meeting is convened. During the meeting, we effectively deploy the project’s organizational structure, schedule, and documentation, provide a concise briefing on the status of prior coordination efforts, and formulate the project implementation plan. Subsequently, we drive forward project execution, conduct stringent process oversight, ensure on-time project acceptance, and rigorously enforce the standards of the project management system.
