Automated Hemming Production Line for 4-Doors & 2-Hoods (45 JPH)  

This project exemplifies a highly flexible multi-model welding solution for passenger vehicles. By employing roller bed transfer switching, automated storage racks, and dual-face turntable + roller bed welding, it achieves high flexibility and high-cycle production requirements. The solution enhances production line utilization, meets customers' multi-model storage needs, saves tooling storage space, and simultaneously fulfills mixed-model production requirements.  

The combination of hemming heads + roller bed switching enables:  

- Rapid fixture changeovers  

- Short debugging cycles for new model introductions
