On February 10, Tang Hongwu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of South China University of Technology (SCUT), led a delegation including Sun Lianpo (Director of Party Committee Office), Li Jingrong (Director of Human Resources), and Jiang Lianxia (Director of Public Relations) to visit Mentechs, an alumni-founded enterprise in Changzhou, Jiangsu. The delegation held in-depth discussions with alumni on advancing new energy equipment development and expanding university-industry collaboration.

During the symposium, President Tang Hongwu outlined SCUT's recent institutional advancements. Following the meeting, President Tang Hongwu and his delegation toured Mentechs' manufacturing facilities, conducting firsthand observation of new energy lithium battery cell and pack production processes. The delegation gained in-depth insights into the enterprise's production workflows, technological innovations, and market prospects.
