Each production line requires different fixtures according to the different vehicle models to complete the clamping and welding processes. At the assembly station, due to various factors such as inconsistent sizes of the workpieces and different requirements for loading, the sizes and weights of the fixtures often vary significantly. Therefore, to achieve flexible multi-model mixed-line production, it is necessary to switch between multiple fixtures.
Flexible mold storage
The lateral movement device between the die-casting area and the press machine is a gear-rack transmission system, which ensures the alignment accuracy. The upper mold is driven by a chain, ensuring the smooth operation of the mold.
