Project Manager

Job Description

1.Develop project plans based on contracts and technical specifications. Serve as the primary client liaison to drive cross-functional execution per project requirements, securing resources to achieve project objectives. 

2.Coordinate, expedite, and monitor execution across internal functions (design, procurement, installation, pre-integration, field integration/commissioning, and acceptance). Proactively resolve issues, flagging risks and driving mitigation plans. 

3.Deliver regular project reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required by company leadership.


Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or other related fields (junior college degree is acceptable for candidates with rich experience). 

2.Proven expertise in turnkey project lifecycle management. Priority given to candidates with automation equipment industry experience and technical backgrounds (mechanical/electrical/robotics commissioning). 

3.5+ years of project management experience with ≥3 successfully delivered projects valued at CNY 10M+ each. Willingness to undertake frequent medium-to-long-term travel. 

4.Candidates with English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
