Job Description

1.Responsible for defining project objectives, developing plans, and allocating project tasks.

2.Responsible for building project teams and coordinating resource allocation across functional departments.

3.Responsible for managing project quality, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.

4.Responsible for critical communications, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment (internal/external) throughout the project lifecycle.

5.Responsible for monitoring progress/issues, providing timely guidance to resolve blockers, and reporting status to leadership.

6.Responsible for post-project deliverables: final reports and documentation archiving.

Job Requirements

1.Junior college degree or above, with more than 4 years of project management experience in the machinery industry and full-process project management capabilities.

2.Possess certain project management skills, basic mechanical design knowledge, good communication and adaptability, as well as certain leadership and organizational abilities.

3.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and office productivity tools. New energy sector experience preferred.
